Terms of Service

Ready AI Digital provides website design, digital marketing, and social media management services to small businesses on a monthly subscription basis. Service details, deliverables, and pricing are outlined at readyaidigital.com/pricing.

• All plans are billed monthly
• No long-term contracts required
• You may cancel at any time with 30 days notice
• Website setup fees are one-time and non-refundable once work has commenced
• Monthly fees are non-refundable once the billing period has begun

Upon full payment, clients own the content and copy created specifically for their business. Ready AI Digital retains the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate business information, timely feedback, and any assets (logos, photos, brand materials) required to complete the work. Delays caused by late client feedback may affect project timelines.

Ready AI Digital is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client in the 30 days prior to the claim.

We do not guarantee specific results including search engine rankings, lead volume, or revenue increases. Digital marketing results vary based on industry, competition, budget, and other factors outside our control.

We reserve the right to terminate service to any client who violates these terms or engages in abusive, fraudulent, or unlawful behavior.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Bexar County, Texas.

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
